- Apply each clause of the standard and relate the clause to the intent of the standard and how it is linked by the process approach
- Demonstrate an understanding the impact on your organization of a decision to implement an ISO/TS 16949 quality management system
- Identify customer oriented processes and maximize the benefits of ISO/TS 16949
- Complete a GAP Analysis for your organization
- Map key processes in relation to the requirements of ISO/TS 16949
- Identify linkages to APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA
- Coursework provided under the guidance of the same Plexus Master Trainers who train and evaluate ISO/TS 16949 Certification Body (CB) auditors using concepts and materials that are closely related to those used for CB auditor certification.
