Intended for executives and upper level management to see the big picture of implementing the ISO 17025 standard, its impacts, benefits, and requirements. Available modules include: Executive Briefing, Describing the System, Factors for Successful Implementation, QMS Requirements Overview and Planning for Implementation.

Module 1: Executive Briefing (2 hours)
- Identify Top management responsibilities
- Quality Management Systems
- Map Processes
- Demonstrate an understanding of the purpose and intent of the Standard
Module 2: Describing the System (4 hours)
- Plan responsibilities
- Map the organization utilizing a process based approach
- Analyze a system of processes through the identification and analysis of individual processes
- Create Turtle diagrams
- Demonstrate and understanding of Process Approach
Module 3: Factors for Successful Implementation (1 hour)
- Identify Executive commitment
- Identify Organizational culture
- Resolve Conflict
- Demonstrate skills in problem solving, communication, team and cross functional management implementation
Module 4: QMS Requirements Overview (1-2 hours)
- Demonstrate an understanding of the standard and related requirements
