For organizations transitioning from AS9100:2004 to AS9100:2009 (AS9100C, EN9100, JISQ9100), this three-day course is designed to provide participants with an appropriate understanding of these changes. In addition, the last several years have provided many lessons learned from the Process Approach; therefore, this course will also provide participants an understanding that the Process Approach is an integral part of an organization’s business management system.

Learning Objectives
- Demonstrate an understanding of how the implementation of the Process Approach has affected AS9100C
- Demonstrate an understanding of the purpose and intent of the AS9100C standard through a clause by clause review
- Apply each of the standard’s clauses
- Develop and utilize process approach planning and auditing “tools”
- Provide assistance in the development of a Quality Management System (QMS) utilizing the process approach
- Perform a gap analysis to the AS9100C requirements
