Auditing Aviation, Space and Defense Requirements Process Approach Fundamentals

This course is designed to assist certification body auditors in understanding the changes in industry directed auditing methods and techniques. Specifically, the process approach to auditing is emphasized. This course may be used as preparation for success on the auditor certification and recertification courses and/or/as remedial review of the process approach for those auditors who have experienced difficulty with the certification or recertification process. This course does not teach the examinations that will be experienced; however, it does cover the body of knowledge to a deeper level than the certification/recertification training modules covered. This is accomplished through participant initiated self-studies and a one day instructor-led session with practical exercises demonstrating the process approach and a review of the standard’s requirements within a process approach context.
