System Requirements

Terrapene Client
  • Windows 2000 SP4, or Windows XP SP2
  • 600 MHz Pentium® III processor or equivalent
  • 128 MB RAM
  • 200 MB of disk space on the System drive, plus 50 MB of Disk Space on the Installation Drive (250 MB in total; offline projects require additional disk space on the Installation Drive)

Terrapene Server
  • Windows 2000 SP4, Windows XP SP2, Windows Server™ 2003 SP1
  • Pentium® III processor or equivalent
  • 256 MB RAM
  • 500 MB of disk space for the software (Additional space required for user data)

Server system requirements increase as the amount of data and concurrent users increase.

Recommended Update Procedure

  1. From the Plexus International section in the Start Menu, select “Plexus Software Updater”
  2. Click the “Search for Updates” button
  3. Select an update from the list and click the “Install Selected Update” button. The Update will download, and then launch.
  4. Once the InstallShield Wizard appears, click “Next” as prompted to install the update.

Manual Update Procedure

  • Download the appropriate file below:

    Terrapene Client: v1.6.1 Client Update (31.6 MB)

    Terrapene Server: v1.6.1 Server Update (38.9 MB)

  • Once complete, run the downloaded file, and click “Next” as prompted to install the update.

This User Guide combines instruction and application of Terrapene: Process Management Suite for the Process Approach to Quality Management. The User Guide and Terrapene: Process Management Suite both assists the user to build an ISO 9001:2000 (as well as ISO/TS 16949:2002, AS9100, and other ISO 9001 – based standards) compliant system.
