components: needs assessment, classroom training modules appropriate
for each group identified as needing training, and on-site coaching.

Trainer/Coaches use a needs assessment tool to precisely diagnose
the organization's needs so that the training that is needed
is provided...no more, no less.
Classroom Training -
Plexus Trainer/Coaches use the Plexus Learning Model to help
participants work while they learn. Plexus helps participants
solve their organization's problems and create their own plans
and processes as part of our training exercises.
On-Site Coaching - The
