Designed for both new and experienced auditors, participants will acquire the necessary skills to plan and perform 1^st and 2^nd party audits. Learn the ISO 19011 standard on audit guidelines, understanding of the standard, how to form an audit team, conduct an audit meeting, forming and organizing necessary documentation, and handling nonconformities. All training is done through the use of hands-on activities, using case studies, group activities, and reducing lecture-based learning to increase knowledge retention. Essentially, learn by doing.
