This course presents an excellent tool for organizations dealing with questions regarding the implementation of ISO/TS 16949:2002. This two-day course examines the requirements to gain an understanding of ISO/TS 16949:2002 while also providing a solid understanding of the background and intent that should affect how the Technical Specification is implemented.
